The Spinning Cowl is a terminal component for a twin wall Flue.

Thanks to its special design, due to wind rotation, it creates a depression inside the system that facilitates “forced” evacuation.

Inner Wall: Stainless Steel 316L BA (EN 1.4404 - L50) thickness 0.5 mm

Outer Wall: Stainless Steel 304 BA (EN 1.4301 - L20) thickness 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm thick Copper.

Globe and Fixture Inside: Stainless Steel 304 BA (EN 1.4301 - L20), respectively, in thicknesses of 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm.

Welding: longitudinal TIG process for the fusion of adjoining pieces, without filler.

Belling: cold moulding, done with a mould and counter mould hydraulic expansion system ensuring calibrated joints with a tolerance of +/- 2mm.

Accessories: triple lip silicone gasket to ensure the joint is sealed; locking band to secure the joint and ensure the continuity of the system.

Rotational mechanism: axis made of 10 mm AVP iron with ball bearings sealed and lubricated with high-viscosity oil.

We recommend its use for the suction of air and/or the evacuation of gases, in conditions of low or average winds.

Its use is not intended for a Chimney System.
