Counterframes and Cellar Doors

This innovative counterframe offers the possibility of assembling a Double Door System from two Single Door counterframes, using a simple metal fastener.
There is also the possibility of making the production system flexible, creating customized solutions in order to solve architectural problems difficult to manage with the standard productions. The range of standard productions provides, as a possibility of application, the creation of openings from: 600 mm x 2100 mm up to 1500 x 2100 for Single Doors and openings from 1200 mm x 2100 mm up to 3000 x 2100 For Double Doors.

Technical Features

• Panels made of galvanized sheet metal 6 Dc; they are featured with vertical reinforced ribbing.
• Load bearing structure made of galvanized sheet metal 20 Dc thick.
• Track for hangers included in the load bearing structure, made of anodized extruded aluminum.                                                                                                                                                     
• Load bearing hanger made of very sturdy materials; it has four wheels completely coated with synthetic polymers for maximum smoothness and silence. Maximum capacity 80 Kg for each hanger.
• In the Model for Masonry Walls, the side panels are provided with electro-welded fine mesh net, extending out from the panels longitudinally, to ensure a greater and more effective surface for the adherence of the plaster. The electro-welded mesh is joined to the panel, through a seaming process, to avoid the possibility of rust.
• The load bearing cross bar, thanks to its special design, ensures a place on which the bricks are laid with a travertine cement that prevents the onset of cracks as a result of dryness.
• Door stop, made in seasoned fir, to ensure an easier installation of the jambs.
