The Conical Terminal is the component that is installed at the top of a twin wall AIR Chimney System in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN 1856-1 or a flue.

Thanks to its completely open design it does not create any resistance to the free flow of gases and smoke.

Wall: Stainless Steel 304 and 316L BA (EN 1.4404 - L50) thickness 0.5 mm

Cap: Stainless Steel 304 BA (EN 1.4301 - L20) thickness 0.5 mm or Copper thickness 0.6mm.

Welding: longitudinal TIG process for the fusion of adjoining pieces, without filler.

Belling: cold moulding, done with a mould and counter mould hydraulic expansion system ensuring calibrated joints with a tolerance of +/- 2mm.

Accessories: triple lip silicone gasket to ensure the joint is sealed; locking band to secure the joint and ensure the continuity of the system.

Evacuation of the products of combustion generated by wood-burning, multi-fuel, natural gas and diesel appliances. Being a completely open terminal it ensures the free flow of flue gases and smoke; it is a terminal that must be installed only in a system that has at its base a 90° Tee component with a condensate drain.

For the designation of the Chimney System in conformity with UNI EN 1856-1 the following is allowed:

- Dry (D)
- Wet (W)

pressures:
- Positive (P1 = 200 Pa)
- Negative (N1 = 40 Pa).

Operating temperatures:

- ≤ 200 ° C with silicone gasket and P1 = 200 P
