The Locking Band is the necessary component for securing every joint and creating continuity in a twin wall AIR Chimney System. Together with the triple lip silicone gasket it ensures the seal of the system in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN 1856-1.

The product comes in packages of 10 pieces.

Material Used: Stainless Steel 304 BA (EN 1.4301 - L20) or Copper.

To ensure that every joint is tightly secured the component has an asymmetric design. During installation the lower diameter, wider, must be placed on the female form; the upper diameter, narrower, is placed on the male form.

Hardware for securing is supplied.

Item used to tightly secure every joint.

For the designation of a Chimney System in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN 1856-1 the following is allowed:

Operation: dry (D) or wet (W)

Pressure: Positive for P1 = 200 Pa; Negative for N1 = 40 Pa.

Working Temperature: Max 200°c with silicone gasket and P1 200 Pa; Max 600°c without silicone gasket and N1 40 Pa.
