Materials used: 316 BA stainless steel (EN 1.4404 - L50)

Welding: TIG process, melting contiguous edges without adding material.
Belling: Utilizes a hydraulic expansion system of the matrix and counter-matrix, ensuring
calibrated couplings with a tolerance of +/- 2 mm.
Accessories: Triple lip silicone gasket ensures seal between joints; locking strap guarantees
tightening and system continuity.

The main component of the fine dust neutralization kit is the water-based soot abater. Its function is to trap the fine dust generated by pellet stove combustion. The kit is intended for use in all cases where it's not possible to install a chimney system for exhaust disposal into the atmosphere. The exhaust fumes from the stove, through the 90° "T" fitting with low inspection and the 90° bend, are directed into the abater and directed towards the water, which acts as a filter, trapping and precipitating the fine dust. A simple system with a hook closure allows for opening the bottom part of the abater for exhaust disposal and water refilling.

TEST
The product has been tested by Kiwa Institute with report no. 2004843, adopting the following parameters:
- Fuel: pellets
- Average CO2 emissions: 10.16%
- Average O2 emissions: 10.16%
With a sampling duration of 30 minutes, the following dust measurement results were obtained:
- with installed ABATER: 4/5 mg/Nm3
- with ABATER not installed: 28/38 mg/Nm3
Under these conditions, an 85% reduction in fine dust was achieved.
